Have Ya Say

On the 13^th of March which is a Saturday at 14h10 I stopped at Builders Warehouse in Uitenhage, desperate to purchase a tool to complete a repair job to my motor vehicle. Builders Warehouse had closed for business at 14h00 but this was not a problem for the manager who opened for me, we searched for the particular tool and they did not have in stock. This did not perturb the manager who then went and phoned every store in Port Elizabeth and every mechanic he knew, to try help me. This is a man who knows what it takes to provide customer service, go the extra mile I was really impressed. I come from a banking background and the only thing that separates banks is customer satisfaction and service (I am talking 15 years ago), but Builders warehouse gets 15 out 10 for their service. Well done guys keep up the good work and may your enthusiasm rub off on other stores in Uitenhage. Once again thank you for all the trouble you went to, it is much appreciated.
